my favorite singer-Diana Krall

Diana Krall is a famous Canadian. She is not only a singer, but also a jazz pianist. She was born on November16, 1964. She is famous for her contralto vocals. When she was growing up in Nanaimo, she got her musical piano lessons. By the time she was four, she had taken piano lessons.
As for her parents, her father is a stride piano player with an extensive record collection. She's very success is influenced by her father's. She’s mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 1996 and died in May 2002 at the age of 61.
She is an honorary board member of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, because of her mother.
In 1993, Krall released her first album and she has been a singer for 16 years. She was a Grammy Award-winning Canadian. In her Professional career, she won a lot of prizes and won high honors.
In 1996, she released her third album .this album was nominated for a Grammy and continued for 70 weeks in the Billboard jazz charts.
In 1999, she was rewarded as Best Jazz Musician .Lately, Krall was paired on a 20-city tour with Tony Bennett.
In 2000, she was awarded the Order of British Columbia. When she was given an honorary form University of Victoria, She married British musician Elvies Cosretllo in 2003.
After marrying Elvis Costello, she worked with him as a lyricist and started to compose her own songs, resulting in the album the girl in the other room. They had two children. Their twin son named Dexter Henry and Frank Harlan James, were born December 6, 2006 in New York City.
